Overall the Hyatt Regency was nice and has the capacity to serve a lot of people. The beds are really firm, and the bathroom in our room did not have a lock which was inconvenient sharing it with the family. The housekeeping was horrible. They never took the garbage, only comes every other day. For paying a hotel fee everyday, I would assume they would turn down each day. Nope. So on your vacation, expect to housekeep yourself. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Keep in mind if you bring a car, their will be a nightly parking fee of $45.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent Concierge staff who set up reliable transportation. Executive suite slept out family of 5 very comfortably. Huge room. 2 full bathrooms with showers.
Would definitely return if back in Seattle.

I had a very rough trip and upon arrival to the hotel, they could not have turned that experience more towards the better. Traveling with a baby, they offered a crib plus toiletries for her. Seattle downtown is not in the best conditions, this was one of the nicest areas if you must stay in the are. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great hotel overall

This is a very nice, clean, and modern day hotel, however the homeless population crisis has seemed to worsen since my last visit. There was folks on the side walk preparing their drugs. It has to be something that can be done to address this crisis and to make it somewhat safe for families with children to travel and view this beautiful city.

The hotel itself is wonderful and where my family and friends usually stay during our time in Seattle. However the last few times I’ve stayed here, the staff and entire process of getting your room has been the worst experience. The front desk staff has the worst customer service and inadequate in keeping customers happy and taken care of. There were several people staying at the hotel requesting management due to the terrible stay.

The sense of space, structure, safety, and meal service provided by the owner are diverse. Add in the Puget Sound view and it becomes even clearer. Due to circumstances, I canceled my reservation and rebooked. So I decided to call the hotel directly to confirm my reservation, but the front desk's response was unfriendly. I had another question soon, So I called again and someone else answered the phone and was professional. A card was also used when checking out, and the tone and attitude in handling the situation was somewhat heavy due to a malfunction of the card reader. In the past, when my one of family member would come to pick me up at the front desk and ask for his name, at the front desk would ask, “Is your husband?” “Ask first.” If you are a guest, you must share it with Hyatt. Because this was the second time he came to pick me up tell them his name to get card, his name is on Hayatt. In conclusion, it is not a serious things, but it does not give quite good image. The hotel is little informal and some of personal with individual guest.

I am from Seattle and this hotel is amazing. I went back to visit family for the holidays and it’s so nice. I couldn’t believe there was a Daniel’s Broiler on the 2nd fl. Also I stayed on the 35th flr. Views are amazing 10/10 will be back!
