Great staff, everyone was friendly. Not a problem whatsoever and the pool stays open until 10 pm for the kids. Definitely recommended

What a fantastic staff; from the front desk to housekeeping and the team that takes care of the morning breakfast - nothing but smiles and asking if there was anything we needed. We felt very cared for, even though it was busy, as there was a large family gathered for a local wedding. We watched them interact with everyone. Pretty impressive.

I traveled to Virginia Beach for my Graduation from Regent University with my family. This hotel was everything. The staff was friendly, patient and energetic. The pool was nice, the free breakfast was robust and absolutely wonderful, the rooms were spacious and there is a shopping center with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. My travel to my college was 12 minutes so over all it was totally convenient. I will definitely return! I loved it!

Totally was good especially convenient but I chose it because I thought it’s a family friendly hotel but unfortunately there is no high chair for my baby and no microwave in the room =(

I have been staying at this hotel for the past year and it has not disappointed me. The entire staff were attentive, Rocky was extremely helpful to me and my entire family throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, Maria and the entire kitchen staff (didn’t get all the names) went above and beyond to ensure the breakfast area were replenished daily. We were a large party with approx 6 rooms and everyone was satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall property. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights during Thanksgiving and it was so amazing, very clean and inviting. The receptionist were so nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean, plenty of space and we had a great view of the city. Many options for shopping around, dining and exploring. If we come back to VA, we will definitely book here again .

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was so nice and clean. The only negative part of my stay was the loud talking during the middle of the night from the people in the room beside us. It was 2am and I could hear a man’s voice so loud if was as if he were in the room with us. The walls are too thin. I was annoyed being woken up by him talking and it persisted for about 2 hours. I would also say that the pool is really small. We ended up leaving because so many kids got in the pool and were being loud and rough in the pool, it was already over crowded. I think the pool has a limit of 13. But other than that, the service was great, breakfast was decent, and the hotel is close to lots of shopping and eateries.
