Called ahead to tell desk we were arriving late. When we arrived front door wouldn’t open. A construction guy let us in and the place looks like it was getting updated. The front desk was a folding table and no one there. We waiting 15 minutes for before we could check-in. After driving 5 hours and arriving after 1 am, with kids, this place did not give a good impression. Also, room had old in wall a/c unit that smelled moldy and bed sheets were sticky.

Receptionist was not kind enough for us to check in a little earlier because we had a toddler. Even though we explained to her, she refused. So disappointing.

When we arrived we were told our room was canceled. I have a charge on my card for the room we were suppose to have and another charge because I had to get a room for me and my family to rest our eyes. Not sure what happened but it was a bit frustrating to say the least……..
