Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virginia Beach/Norfolk Airport

Took them forever to check us in, Only Because i booked through a “third party” site. Im an Expedia Member, thats the only site I've ever booked on. Im very disappointed that i wasn't aware of a 150$ Or Even a 20$ hold on a different credit or debit card, what if i didn't have another card or even funds for them to hold?. Then one of my key cards didn't work, what if i got locked out? i get in the room after all of that and realized 1/2 of the T.v’s were missing a remote, i tried to cut it on manually and with the same remote that i had for the second T.v (of course it didn't work). Went down to the front desk once AGAIN, staff gave me a spare remote (of course that didn't work) so at this point I'm like FORGET IT.. So im short a T.v with two children (can you say headache?)..I’m dissatisfied with This Family Trip Stay..

The room was great staff good no pool due to covid-19 that EXPEDIA did not say ahead of time disappointed for the children

My room was very clean . My kids and I enjoyed our stay .
