The hotel was booked so I imagine the staff was very busy BUT… hotel was honestly filthy. We would search for a table in the morning at breakfast that was clean and it was a struggle. The rooms definitely were not cleaned. My husband found a yogurt cup and spoon with splatter under the main bed. We had four people and were given two towels. Trash was not taken out. The hide a bed did not have linens. We did ask for linens and hotel was responsive in reasonable time. Staff was friendly. The only cleaning staff I saw was consistently on phone or FaceTiming. As a family with small children I’m thankful we brought some cleaning supplies along because we definitely had to use them to tidy up the room!

The staff were not helpful their children in hotel while they work. Pool was not heated hot tub doesn’t work. Breakfast worse I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. No hot water for tea, toaster almost on fire, no variety of food. TERRIBLE! I will not be recommending Hilton ever again. Please stay somewhere else

I enjoyed my stay! The kitchen was very accomodating. The lady with piercings was my highlight she was super friendly and went out of her way for my family. As soon as I walked in to registar I was greeted with smiling faces. Hotel needs to be updated majorly, and those carts are horrible. Go back to the ones you used to have. Bartender was extremly friendly as well. Should have a small radio to play or something. Would definately stay here again

It is a very quiet , comfortable and safe hotel. The hotel have a small inside pool and a very good hot tube. My family like it.

the Homewood Suites in VA Beach was excellent for our family because it was away from the noisy beach at night. Being a family of 5 we look for it to be a bit quieter at night for the kids to sleep a little better. We were pleased with the location of this hotel and the comfort it gave us. We were also pleased at the nice kitchen, that saved us a lot from having to eat out all the time while we were away which gave us more opportunity to do more activities while we were there. The lady who cleaned our room was very friendly and thorough, even propped the kids stuffed animals on the beds :) Very personable and the breakfasts were excellent!!!

I thought this was a great location... Breakfast was delicious and it was plentiful... not your average continental breakfast... Rooms were spotless and very nice...The kids loved the pool and miniature golf..it's free!!I was here to take the kids on a beach trip... Beach wasn't as close as I thought it was but still 15 mins. away... It was a pet friendly hotel.. a plus ,but at a whopping $100 fee.... I wouldn't definitely stay again when I come back....

This is my family's first trip to VA beach and we weren't sure what to expect. Homewood suites was awesome! The rooms were perfect for my family and the staff were super friendly. The location was great too. We were practically 15mins away from the boardwalk and First Landing State Park. I would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to VA beach.
