When we go to hotel the pull out trundle bed was so dirty housekeeping came out and cleaned I also found some bugs in bathroom and my kids have bites all over them so I am pretty sure they have bed bugs

Super friendly front desk and kitchen staff. We were able to check in early which was lovely for our family of 5. My children enjoyed the pool very much. Hotel was clean, safe and a great price. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of selection.

Is our 3rd year staying here, we really enjoyed very convenient to do many things with kids around the area, Virginia Zoo, Children museum, not to far away from the beach...

The front desk clerk was to busy on her phone to let us in. When she did her attitude was SO AWFUL!!!! SHe got an attitude because I asked her what I was being charged for? It was not pleasant. Then I literally wish companies would stop falsely representing themselves. If your property is old and needs updating and the floors in the bathroom are damaged, the room is musty, just say it! Give your customers a choice instead of charging me 200 dollars for something that isn’t there! If was for work but brought my baby with me to stay over a few days but decided to find another hotel.

I like staying at the hotel it was very clean they give us clean sheets every day and my grandkids enjoy the heated pool. We all liked the breakfast every morning.

So we stayed as a family of six adults for a weekend. Breakfast was great staff was friendly, room was quiet and felt safe. That's where the pros end The fridge didn't work well our food was spoiled and frozen in the same fridge, the coffee maker was broken, found a dead roach in our dirty clothes, asked for clean towels 4 different times during our stay and they never came, no tissues and didn't bring any after asked, bathtub dripped all day and night, complimentary coffee was blocked off for just staff and the pool was closed the whole weekend which was a selling point of this hotel for us. We spent over 900 dollars for 3 nights this was a rip off and will never stay again. I feel scamed.

After checking in we went to the room to find a broken lamp shade and the rail in the closet broken. Then later that night when were about to put our children to sleep there was a pair of woman’s underwear folded up in the Stowe away bed. I spoke with management and they made some pricing adjustments, but these are issues that should not even happened. They were all clearly visible if housekeeping had done the job correctly.

Had a good stay. Maid left us with no towels or shampoo or conditioner. When informed, hotel did bring up. Perfect place for families. Daughter loved the pool!
