Candlewood Suites Virginia Beach Town Center, an IHG Hotel

The property was a perfect location to the Amphitheater for a concert. My nieces and granddaughter enjoyed. The facility was clean, kitchenette had all of the amenities and good location to local restaurants. The staff were friendly, however when we booked the room well in advance, I asked for a roll away bed. The representative stated that we need only ask for one on arrival. We did this when we arrived and none were available. They said the rep should have placed a note and there was none there. So a little uncomfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. Children not old enough to have their own room so this is why we booked it this way. We were there 2 days very uncomfortable with the sleeping arrangememts and then just booked the last 2 nigjts of our stay at a different hotel. Overall, great hotel, clean rooms and good peaceful location.

You could hear conversations in the room next to you and people walking above you. There was kids playing running in the hall. The people in 306 were very loud. We had to call down to the front desk.
