Silver Collection Hotel

My husband and I love this hotel whenever we visit family in the area. It is truly a little home away from home and close to shopping for anything you may need. Ivy Silver, keep up the great work😊

It’s was amazing, loved the room setup the kids were amazed!!

We loved having our own space and having our own laundry in the place was just what we needed. We were very pleased with our stay. It felt like an apartment instead of a hotel. Everything was nice and modern. The only problem we had was not gaining entry into the pool with our digital key. It wouldn’t work and staff there couldn’t get theirs to work either. ….Digital is great until it doesn’t work! My kids were disappointed when they didn’t get to swim. Break was tasty and the kids loved the pool table!

My wife stayed here while attending a competition for our child. Every time I spoke with her, she went on and on about how great this place was. It wasn’t just one thing but the whole experience. We will be back again.

The property is beautiful. A mini apartment very convenient for kids. I loved the electronic check in and the key on the phones. It was easy and efficient! Only issue might be the AC in the room. It’s hard to figure out and it gets very hot at night if not set to a good temperature correctly. It was very clean and comfortable. Overall, 10/10 definitely coming back with my kids and husband!

Quiet, large and comfortable room. Weird check in process without people but easy once I figured it out. Not clear where to get breakfast since no one works there… think it was at a nearby clubhouse but we skipped it. Still, for one night on the road with 2 kids the spacious room and quiet was perfect for a good nights sleep.

1 night stay for UMW graduation w/ family. This hotel was non-interactive with app electronic key(s) & electronic customer service. Kind of weird w/out any human customer service. If you had questions, you texted "Ivy" for generic responses. The room was great (a one bedroom with 2 queen beds & pull out couch). Very clean, spacious & new. The full kitchen was a pleasant surprise as was the full washer & dryer in the unit (since it was raining during our stay)! The only negative was that the breakfast was in the residential (+55) community clubhouse down the road. When we arrived, doors locked, no key entry, no signs, directions, etc. We ended up in the wrong complex attempting to eat with the residents. We were asked to leave, but no one could tell us where hotel breakfast was & when they tried to call, they got the automatic service "Ivy", which was of no help. Being that we were on a time schedule, this experience was not received well by the family. We finally found the breakfast area around the side of clubhouse (again main clubhouse locked & no directions who knew?). There where no hotel guest front door clubhouse directions nor did the sidewalk go around to the side where hotel guest were to enter. The sidewalk ended at the pet groomer. Needless to say, we had to eat fast. The selection of foods were nice and enough & area clean. I would stay again now knowing how the hotel works because of it's cleanliness and in room amenities alone! No time for gym or pool.😊

My family & I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The contactless, keyless was nice. Everything about the room was amazing. A mini studio apartment. Definitely worth every penny. We only stayed one night but I wanted too stay two. This hotel has definitely set the bar high for me. Honestly I don’t want too stay at any other hotel if it is not similar to this!
