clean nice for the family spend a night on the road trip !

I hate to give this place a negative rating because it’s actually a really nice hotel. There was some obnoxious volleyball team staying at the place that was loud as can be from 2-3:00 in the morning that wouldn’t shut their mouths until threatened with eviction. My family got 3 hours of sleep after they finally quieted down only to be woken up at 6:00 by the kids jumping up and down and running back and forth in the room above us. Everything was great with the property except for the noise level above us…. Maybe kids in the room?

I guess because of spring break, there was a lot of people and kids. Very noisy, we could hardly ear the reception guy. Not his fault at all.

While we were there, an air conditioner blew up. We all had to evacuate the property. We were outside for over an hour and a half and we’re told pretty much nothing in the mean time. With a baby, this was a nightmare. We couldn’t get him to bed on time, we couldn’t even get into our room to switch hotels. Terrible service the next morning too. Breakfast was a joke. No sausage, no coffee. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend. Everyone should get refunded for their stay that had to deal with that non sense esp with kids! How scary for them.

Noise level from upstairs woke me up constantly, I t sounded like kids running around until 2am

The hotel was hot. It was clear the air conditioning in the common areas wasn’t working. The AC in our room was completely off and it took 2 hours to cook down. Both elevators were old and made a lot of noise, one in particular shook and made a lot of noise when it reached a floor which scared my baby a lot. The vending machine on my floor was completely out of bottled water. I asked the front desk for a plastic for and some napkins since my food delivery person forgot to bring me some. The person said she’s bring me up one soon and never did. The place wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be for the price but we were only there for 1 night so I guess it wasn’t that bad. Wouldn’t stay there again.
