Homewood Suites Fredericksburg

my family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. I believe we have found a place to stay when we are on vacation in this area. Thanks Homewood for your professional staff. You all took great care of us. The only complaint i have is expedia is saying that there is an inside pool and there isnt. Other than that our stay we great we enjoyed the friendly staff and stay!!!!!

Expedia states that this Hotel has an indoor pool. IT DOES NOT. When ask the manager and the desk they blamed Expedia. I would have not stayed there due to having young children wanting to swim.

Check in was quick. I was given a room that was dirty and attempted to make due with it by cleaning it myself. After about an hour of using lysol and wipes to clean everything, I couldn't take it and requested another room. The receptionists were upset I wanted another room and I could hear them on the phone saying negative things about me. I believe his or her name was Mel that had an attitude and saying distasteful things. I didn't say anything to he/she for the fact I had my child with me. Why work with the public if you're going to be rude and nasty? This hotel is run down and dirty and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I will say the lady that checked me out was very nice!

Great property! Only two issues, one the facilities were so nice even tho they were under construction but the bed was a little not up to par. Second, the facility says it has an indoor pool which they do not. My kids were very upset! But the outdoor basketball court made up for it.
