Great pit stop for our family of five with three young kids. Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable.

Th downstairs is cute. The breakfast was a little below average but not awful. What was awful were the two rooms my family stayed in. One room was missing a picture off the wall. The hooks were still there and you could see the difference in paint where the picture had been. In both rooms the carpets were stained and the bathrooms were dirty. Somehow I expected better so I was most disappointed.

Unfortunately we were given a musty first floor room that smelled really bad. We went out and asked if they could switch it, and they said they didn’t have another room. On the website, it said that they did have another. I was with a tired small child, so I didn’t push it. The carpet in the room badly needed cleaning. The swimming pool was unheated that day (possibly because it was an hot day, but it was surprisingly cold), and the hot tub was out of order. The room with the pool needed a lot of work. This was a disappointing stay, and I won’t be going there again.

The lady at the front desk was so kind. The Choice system was running really slow but she worked hard to help everyone she could get checked in and thanked everyone for their patience. We were able to borrow a crib for our baby so that was very convenient and helped me feel safer about where every person slept for the night. The kids loved the pool, unfortunately the hot tub was not working.

Great stay. Property was a bit old. Closet door had a caved in small dent, the lamps were worn down and some of the carpet was stained. Overall a good time with the family.

The first room they put me in smelled like a men's locker room. I changed rooms and the second room smelled the same but not as strong. We arrived late, so we just kept the room. Due to limited staff, they do not clean the room daily there is a sign that states this hotel needs to be updated a little bit. Staff was very cordial, especially the young lady that works the kitchen. We as a family have come here for years however we will not be returning on our next trip due to the cleanliness or lack of.

The pool was not heated and after a long long drive I was looking forward to a relaxing swim. This was not the case because it was cold and there was a very loud family eating and drinking beer with kids jumping in the pool and screaming while the adults just sat and ate.

The only thing that I liked and I appreciated dearly was the fact that they provided hot breakfast to guests on Thanksgiving Day. The bad stuff included: The room keys don’t work properly. We would go all the way up with the kids, then have to go back down to get new keys from the office. We did this many times. The bathroom fan doesn’t work and the whole room is always humid after my family showers. No room service cleaned our room, even though we requested it on Friday. The freezer had black stains in it. Our clothes had black streaks from the drawers. The pillows had hair on them when we arrived. The staff had issues providing us with clean towels. The ones they gave us had long black hair in it and other towels had makeup stains? The pool was covered in white foam ( spit like) some of this foam turned black. This all floated in the pool. When we brought this up to staff, they said: ( you don’t have to swim in it) the gym equipment is broken. It was just a dirty unsafe stay. I won’t be returning.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while visiting family in the area. It was very clean and had good amenities, including breakfast. Very central location for Fredericksburg.

The check in. Process was quick and easy. The parking lot was easily accessible. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is that I would prefer standard size pillows! The little ones are not that comfortable
