room wasn't clean upon check in it was a hour n a half late and my special needs child had to suffer in the car longer. My pull out bed sheets was not changed it was dirty sheets still on front desk had to bring me new ones .

Staff was very pleasant, the young lady that checked us in was accommodating and kind. Our room and bathroom was very clean. My kids and I enjoyed the pool and was pleased to see there were towels for us to use ( we’ve had a previous experience with another hotel chain that did not supply towels at the pool). This was just a lil Spring Break trip for my kids as we visited Fun Land, and the experience here made it amazing! Thanks to the staff during our stay everyone was amazing.

The air conditioner and refrigerator made noise all night and day long. And couldn’t get no sleep. I did not stay in the room the last night because me and my family couldn’t sleep

We enjoyed our stay here and would return. The kids enjoyed the pool, the rooms were spacious. And the breakfast hit the spot!

There was no option for a crib or pack n play for our baby, which completely ruined the stay.

Good for the price. May have caught them at a bad time during their busy season but I found the overall maintenance lacking. The pool was filthy enough that even my kids didn't want to go in it. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Room HVAC in a double blows directly at the closest bed making you hot and cold all night.

We were refused our reservation because my drivers license had a local address. The owner of this hotel will not sell rooms to people within a 30 mile radius. Nowhere on the website when I booked thru Expedia was this stated. I explained that we are a military family who no longer live in the area. Military spouses are not required to change their license with every move. Even with a military ID and a utility bill from my new address out of town, we were refused a room. When I asked to speak to the manager, the desk clerk called him. I was told I could stay if I paid an extra $150! There is no reason a woman and her children should be charged additional fees for a rule made up by the owner. We left. We will boycott this establishment in the future.

I looked over the room when I checked in and it seemed decent. Then before bed I went to get in the shower and discovered mold on the ceiling in the corner of the shower- it was visibly water damaged and mold had formed. Having been deathly I’ll from mold damage in my home a few years ago, I was beyond upset to discover this and instantly knew why I had been feeling like I was getting a cold and my children had been coughing since we got to the room. They were already asleep so it was too late to move to another room, we just left as early as possible the next morning. Also, the shower was horrible- the water trickled out and alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold every couple minutes despite me not adjusting the temperature knobs.

A good place for a quick overnight while traveling. Room was clean, pool was adequate for the kids to unwind after a day of traveling. Breakfast was what is expected of a free breakfast. Staff was able to get us a bit of an early check-in, and that was appreciated after having been on the road all day.
