Air conditioner and fridge was loud. Kept waking my family up.

We Love the Hampton Inn! We prefer the king suite. It's our lay-over hotel between NC and NY when we are driving to see the kids and grands... and the rest of the fam too! It's clean, comfortable, spacious and the front desk is so friendly and accommodating!

The staff was amazing. I was sharing a room with my sister traveling for a gymnastics and a dance competition. A busy weekend. I had to get unscheduled surgery that put a hiccup in our plans. My sister was now arriving without me and I was going to arrive in the middle of the night. The staff made certain my sister and the family got checked in smoothly. When my daughter and I arrived it was a flawless process. The staff retrieved carts to help us move our luggage while we were parking the car. The morning staff assisted with breakfast while keeping the buffet fully stocked. The room and linens were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, truly between soft and firm, which was perfect due to my surgery I was not allowed to sleep laying down. I had to chairs that were super comfortable packed with at least six pillows. I couldn't thank the TEAM enough! Awesome trip!
