Holiday Inn Fredericksburg Conference Ctr, an IHG Hotel

It was excellent and clean my grand children came over and swam for a little bit and they enjoyed the pool and how clean everything was. Thank you so much.

Checked-In later than we anticipated after a long day in traffic (around midnight) and we allow our six year old to use the key to open the door since she is so excited for “vacation.” When she opens the door and walks in, an adult man is already in the room. Our concern is addressed with “I don’t know how this happened, here is a different room.” With no remorse for the experience our family or the other guest was just out through. Hotels.com staff tried to address our concern but the hotel manager wouldn’t be available until the next morning, and wasn’t available as expressed due to a “call.” Would not advise staying here if you value safety for yourself or your family, or expect anyone from this location to take accountability.

Room wasn’t ready at 630 pm m. We had to wait almost 2 hours for a room after driving 6 hours with kids

The front desk staff was super nice. Rooms and facilities were clean. Only issue would be that the kids said the pool was too cold, so their time there was cut short. Otherwise, a great hotel. Highly recommend.

We weren't looking for anything fancy (just something close to the I95), but this hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff were friendly (front desk and bar/restaurant). The lobby is large and has a bar/restaurant with quick and easy food (there are vegetarian options but they could consider some vegan ones too please!) - kids eat free with the purchase of an adult meal. There is a complimentary coffee bar, including syrups if that's your thing. There are many tables for eating, with outlets and USB plugs. We had a room with 2 queen beds; it was lovely and modern (with comfy beds and pillows), including lots of plugs for charging devices, and a little table with the sitting chair (very handy!). The bathroom was bright, white, and clean. My only complaints were that we couldn't pull the tap tab far enough to get all of the water to come out of of the shower head (but there was still good pressure) and the toilet paper roll placement was very awkward. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash are in permanent dispensers in the shower; better for the environment, surely, but if you are someone who always takes the little bottles you will be disappointed. There was a bar of dove soap for hand washing. There were lots of hooks for hanging things in the bathroom and the room itself (excellent for wet towels). There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We enjoyed the pool a lot, though it was a bit chillier than we would have liked. Parking was easy. All around, it was great!

The hotel was in an extremely accessible location. All of the staff were polite and helpful. I loved rhe fact that my grandchildren were able tk have their own room while still being connected to mine via an adjoining door.

I reserved a room online, got there with my 3 kids with the youngest being 1 year old and when I go to check in they said they didn't have any rooms available. What is the point of reserving online and saying I will have a room if I don't get it?

The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff was really accommodating however it took me over 40 minutes to check in. That was very frustrating due to the fact that it was a long day for me and I had several kids that were very tired. The manager was great in helping to clear up the problem but the person the was helping me took to long. Not sure if the original problem was travelocity or the hotel. I prepaid for 7 rooms and they had my booked for 12 rooms. The hotel was booked to it's fullest capacity and they only had one elevator working which was very frustrating. You would think they would have had working knowing that they were going to be busy

We stayed here with our 3 young kids on way home from Myrtle Beach. The pool was very clean and hit tub beside it meant my husband and I could relax and watch boys in pool at same time The breakfast was very good with feet variety.
