In dire need of updating! We were given a handicapped room as we were told that was the only available one or we could have one on the 5th floor where families were with their pets. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling.

Great hotel, nice staff. Only problem was, the guests had a toddler in the room above us and we could hear the child squealing and running until around midnight. Obviously the hotel has no control over that.

The room was infested with black ants. My wife and kids woke up with bites from them in the morning. Also, there was no hot water during her stay.

We were disappointed in this stay at the Hampton Inn. Our room was very dark and the desk lamp was not working. I took the bulb to the desk and the lady said she would check with her supervisor about a new bulb. We did get one after an hr+. The bathtub needs to be calked and the TV remote was not working correctly…no directions or TV guide was given. The pool was very cold but I used it for 30 minutes to swim laps. We visit this location often when we see family but we will choose a different hotel in the future. The front desk lady was very polite.
