The request that I be placed near the families was traveling with not granted. I was put on a different floor, however when the front desk found out they did their best to put me near the families. My complaints are that the room drapes were missing to pull across for privacy and there was a parking lot light that was right across from the window. It made it difficult to sleep. There was not a room temp control , however it was comfortable(I would have liked it a bit more colder). The room was clean and everyone was helpful and nice.

When we arrived at hotel we were immediately told that the tv in Our rooom didn’t work and everything would need to be done manually. Not a huge deal but a pain with a young child. Our bathroom had no toilet paper had to Go to from desk to get some. The mini fridge was not cold Upon arrival. The towels had stains on them. The said the building was secure which it was not since the door handle to side of building was broke and no key was needed. The room was clean. Overall I was not impressed with our stay.
