Our stay was wonderful for the room I was in but the room my daughter and her family on Saturday the room was not cleaned trash was not emptied. Called for down to front desk around 6 and the female staff was rude condescending and unhelpful. Her attitude left us with the feeling of wanting to check out.

Always our choice hotel, when visiting family. Staff was great, room was clean, the beds and pillows are super comfy, and breakfast was great. Thanks again!

General manager connie cline was very rude to me and my family. I will never stay there or recommend somwone else. She didnt care about my family well being. My reservation was canceled by here and she was not willing to accommodate her mistake instead she got really eude and ask me to leave the premises at 3am with my 3 small children. She couldn't give me a reason why they cancelled my reservation.

Very annoyed when arrived to check in and presenting my driver license which has an address I havent lived at in 6yrs but have been updated with DMV that their policy WHICH ISNT STATED ANYWHERE ON the WEBSITE NOR ON MY RESERVATION confirmation that they dont allow residents of that city to stay at their hotel!! I had drive my handicapped mom down from Henrico for her family reunion and rather than driving back afterward booked this stay. I am a resident of Henrico county and am a registered to vote in Henrico county! I will never book there again or any Holiday Inn IHG for that matter and I am an IHG member which could have proven my legal physical address!!
