Our room smelled terrible like dog urine. We were told we couldn’t change rooms because we booked through Expedia. We have never had an Issue before. Very frustrating I was traveling with two young children.

From beginning the check in experience to check out. To gaving to come back in and defend my character after i had already checked out. The staff was rude from Manager Cassandra to the housekeeping staff. Everyone we encountered had a i dont care attitude, and dismissive of any concerns we may have had. They also accused us of stealling towels from a room that we had to be moved from because they could not get the door to open and close properly. We were locked out of our room and have to get them to break in to get our luggage out to be moved to another room. The manager Cassandra told us our credit card would be charged if the towels did not return. And once i got to desk and told her she was wrong for accuseing us of tLking towel , she tried to say she didnt But was very rude to my mom , untll Iarrived at the desk. I would never return nor tell any family ir friends to go to tbis hotel. The worst experience I have ever had in my life .

Centrally located, well lit at night and overall safe for our family.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The lobby and dining area were very nice and updated. Our family appreciated the precautions they took with the continental breakfast. The bathroom was clean, but could use some updating (new shower head, etc). The beds weren’t that comfortable for me since I have back issues.
