Wingate by Wyndham Hurricane/Zion National Park

Facilities were great but room safe thin. We had a crying baby above us all night. And I mean all night.

The hotel cancelled my reservation saying that I was a no show, but I called a week ahead of time and told them we would be there the second night and not to cancel it. They said OK, but when we showed up the second night they said they cancelled it and told my husband the hotel was booked. When I went in to remind them that I called a week ago and they agreed to hold my reservation, they took a while to figure it out and then eventually checked me in (but i thought the hotel was booked???) after we left the next day, i found out they continued to charge me for the reservation that was cancelled AND THEN made a new charge to accomodate my family. I was DOUBLE CHARGED for the night. When I called to talk to Yash the manager he refused to refund me saying that I was a "no show". So they lied to my husband telling him the hotel was full (but wasn't). Then they lied to me and checked me into a new room and STOLE my money the reservation was not refundable. IT WAS and I called A WEEK ahead of time to make sure I could show up for the second night. I was told yes. VERY frustrating to me lied to and charged DOUBLE. Yash the manager NEVER told me when he finally checked me in that it would be under a new reservation and I would be paying double. I was under the impression that he was honoring my reservation since he say the notes saying I called ahead of time.

The staff were wonderful. Hotel clean and new. Perfect stay for our family. Quiet, convenient and comfortable.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everyone at the hotel was great, from Julie, the receptionist, who was very knowledgeable about everything in the area, to the cleaning staff, who left a sweet towel animal for my kids on their bed. On their bed. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was very adequate, and the pool was area very nice and refreshing. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay while visiting Zion, about a 30min. drive to the park from here. Spacious rooms, fridge, coffee and breakfast. Would recommend to friends and family.

House keeping cleaned room not good candie on floor didnt clean toilet microwave was dirty when went to use it also the jacuzzi was full on children under 6 both days in a row most jacuzzi it 18 an older and we extended our stay and they didn't tell us that it was a hundred dollars more

We stayed here as our home away from home for our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Wingate was a great place to stay with our 2 kids (8 and 9). Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a hit with the kids. It was a bit dirty with fallen leaves our first day and they could have used a few more lounge chairs. Then on our last day we couldn’t really get in the hot tub because it was congregated by a bunch of male adults some which didn’t look like they were staying there. Regardless, we still enjoyed our time. The free breakfast and cold ice lemon water available everyday was a great touch and hope they continue to provide it. We would definitely stay here again! Room was smaller than the pictures portrayed, bathroom door does not have a lock (needed when traveling with kids and multiple families), AV/Heater controller not easy to use. AC took DAYS to cool room down to a reasonable temp for sleeping. Ended up going to a local store to buy a desktop fan. Finally, breakfast was not what I would consider "hot" as the only warm food items were ones you put in the microwave or cooked yourself. Overall pretty disappointed though the price was fair.

The room was excellent for me and my family. Clean and the sofa bed is also in a good condition (mattress was soft). Breakfast was included in our package and was excellent! Staff was accommodating.
