This Condo was recently updated with remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Furnishings are new, clean and pet allergy free. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking while on your stay as well as a an outdoor BBQ on the patio.
The Condo is on the 3rd floor at the end, so there is little traffic going by the space. The view from the patio and dining area shows the resort grounds and the Green Valley Hills in the background.
This unit allows an occupancy of 6 people with two bedrooms (King bed in one and Queen bed in the other, and a sleeper sofa) and 2 bath rooms.
The back deck is furnished with patio furniture and a barbecue grill.
There are TV's in each bedroom and the living room with a DVD in the master bedroom.
An elevator is on the property and can be accessed by obtaining an elevator key on the hook in the entry way closet.
The nest heating and air system, has a set range that you can move the temperature between that has a lock out code. You can move between the temperature ranges by spinning the dial. Pushing the screen or entering a code will just lock down the system.
There is a Ring doorbell at the front door so if you are having issues with the lock after a few attempts then either call Amanda or simply push the doorbell. It is only recording when there is motion at the door.
Included as part of the complex are 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 3 playgrounds, 2 workout rooms. The Hub Clubhouse also has the clubhouse lounge and shop, splash pad with mega toys, Giant Double Waterslide, 4 pools (including a kiddy pool, waterslide pool, indoor and outdoor lap pools), 2 indoor hot tubs, full gym, 2 Pickle-ball courts, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Shuffle-ball court, Playground, Lawn Chess area, Ping Pong table, Picnic Area. Balls and equipment needed for these areas are available for check out as well.
