Sleep Inn & Suites Hurricane Zion Park Area

The pool is really small, no towels, no extra towels at our room, no additional TP ( terrible if you are with kids), no Kleenex, the shampoo was almost empty

The staff were very rude to our group of families. They made us feel unwelcome and like they were watching our every move. Hotel was newer but the hallways weren’t vacuumed regularly. I saw the same goldfish on the floor for three days.

We stayed at this property Feb 6, 2024. My kids and my husband all got Chlorine burn from the hot tub. I luckily had to do laundry (in the one working machine.) We had to go to Walmart that night to get some lotions because their skin was burning. I stopped at the front desk and let them know. The next morning all of the brand-new suits were bleached out, I stopped and showed them at front desk. She assured me she would at least credit the room. Called the next week and they said health department tested. I called health department and they confirmed they DO NOT test Chlorine levels only bacteria. Called hotel back and they said I had no proof. I asked to speak to owner and Manager said she isn't authorized to give name, number or a message, then told me "DO what you gotta do." before she hung up. DO NOT WASTE TIME or MONEY. Breakfast was also horrible but hey it was free so there's that. I do not usually waste my time with reviews however for your safety STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Our experiance for the three nights we stayed there were generally good, except all three nights we had people above us who were extremely noisy.. It sounded like kids jumping off the bed onto the floor, a lot of bumping and thumping noises, and people with heavy foot steps continually waking back and forth. (how much walking do people generally do in a motel???)

We stay here every time we visit family. It is clean and the staff is friendly.

Our second room, for our daughters family had a broken toilet handle, which made our stay challenging. Front desk employee said she would put in a "fix it" message to maintenance. We did not receive a "fix it man visit "an apology or price break. Are entire hotels managed by 20 something young ladies with no way to fix things that break? Otherwise nice new hotel, our stay was difficult.

This was a great hotel. Stayed with my family. Clean and comfortable.

We had a family event in hurricane and just needed a place to stay for one night. This hotel was convenience and comfortable for us! plenty of parking and quiet.

Out of all of the places we stayed over the week going to 4 National Parks this was our favorite and we stayed 2 nights! Very clean, quiet, did laundry, great breakfast and close to a good restaurant! Will definitely refer to our family and friends and stay again!!

Had a pleasant stay for a night with family. Room was neat and breakfast was good too.
