Our family is roadtripping and staying here for a night was amazing. Everyone had plenty of space in a 3 bedroom villa: the rooms were stunning and very clean, with laundry and beautiful views off a huge balcony. Check in was smooth, staff were kind and helpful, and we even got a late checkout the next day which was awesome. 10/10. Great job Sand Hollow! Gorgeous resort.

The facility was nice, but it was warm in the room for our liking. They had a threatening letter on the wall that stated we would be charged 100 dollars for lowering the thermostat below 72 degrees if the cooler froze up. This is the first place hotel, condo, cabin, or otherwise that has ever threatened punishment for touching the thermostat. It is a childish way to circumvent actually dealing with an obvious problem. You would think a nice golf resort would have higher standards of customer service than that.

I liked how close the property was to Sand Hollow reservoir. We could launch the boat in five minutes, or simply drive our side-by-sides from the resort to the dunes. There was plenty of parking for large trailers. The condo was sparkling clean, something my wife is very picky about. Everything was in good condition. We would stay here again and recommend it highly. One thing that could improve would be more room keys (two were provided) for when our adult children come, and more parking for additional vehicles. We had two of our married kids and their 1's who wanted to come and go at their own times and having additional key cards would simplify things.

We had an excellence stay. We had a unit with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. I usually feel stressed on vacation because it’s so crammed but there was room for everyone to spread out and relax. I loved having the kitchen and table for preparing meals. It felt really nice there and we will definitely be staying here for now on when we visit.

My 7th stay. The rooms are mostly nicely accommodated. Very spacious. Some rooms are becoming warn. I have stayed in smaller rooms that were as close to perfect as possible. And some larger models that are worse for wear. All privately owned like a tine share, so that might contribute to the differences. Overall great experiences. If you're on a lower level, there's a possibility of noisy upstairs neighbors since families with kids are the norm.

We had a beautiful condo BUT no closets! No place to hang anything! Property needs an adult pool. Too many screaming kids at pool. Staff not familiar with many of our questions. One evening we had dinner there and they served both of us the wrong entree. Beautiful golf course. The management needs to up their game to match the beauty of the property.

Excellent 2 bedroom studio for a family of 7!! Very clean and spacious, beautiful view of golf courses from the two balconies. Definitely would recommend!
