Super clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was a breeze had waffles, fruit and yogurts and good options for kids!

Their descriptions of their hotel rooms are very deceptive. I booked what I thought was a double queen bed room…but instead it was a double room queen bed. Mind you this room was not any bigger standard room with a queen bed. I don’t understand why they listed a double room queen bed. I had four folks with us and one bed would not have been enough. Even when we were there…another family was checking in and their situation was just as bad. They ordered a cot and it wasn’t in their room and there were no remotes for their tv in the room. It was an extremely busy weekend so I even asked if we could upgrade to double bed and they had no rooms. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund 3 days and not that night. I am lucky I got that…and appreciate it, but I was still out $140 for a room I couldn’t use. And had it not been for their deceptive title, I would have booked correctly. Also note when we did get into the room…the floor felt like we were going to fall thru. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Clean, inexpensive, nice staff, pool/hot tub excellent, not many kids, breakfast about par for inclusive with rate, plenty of parking — needs more trees/ shrubs for privacy/ambience. I would stay there again.

Worst hotel stay ever...2 hours at check in, took my money off my card and said my card was declined...called my bank and said they couldn't get my money back for 7 days, ruined our vacation...guy didn't know what he was doing ran my card 5 times and all the guests we were talking to were trying to look for other hotels cause the rooms were dirty on arrival and breakfast was horrible...had family coming to the hotel and told them to cancel reservations (4 rooms) and we all went to stay at another hotel...don't waste your time at this hotel...

The room was very affordable, but with that came a dirty room, older facilities, and no elevator. Our family will not be returning.

This hotel is a great bargain but it definitely shows. It is very outdated and the carpet is really gross. We were constantly getting weird smells. One morning it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, that same day a weird food smell and then overwhelming lemon? It was very strange. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean so that was good. For breakfast they have waffles and muffins, sausage and eggs round things. The eggs were hard and dry even when we got there early. I think the thing that bothered my entire family the most was whenever we were eating there was one employee who would literally stand over the top of you and stare. My daughter was trying to open butter and he was trying to grab it out of her hands to help. You’d go to get juice and he’d try to take your cup to put it in the right spot. We didn’t even eat there the last day because it made it so uncomfortable. We would not stay here again.
