We stayed for a family vacation and the hotel is very near to SeaWorld. We enjoyed our room and the service.However, our room was not cleaned in the two nights that we were there. My wife had to take all the dirty towels and bring new ones. Other than that we had a good time.

I loved everything except breakfast on Wednesday morning. I went at 8.45am with my kids and there was no food left. 25 minutes later some turkey sausage came but was all gone fast. we got 1 piece each. They closed the breakfast at 9.30 and made no attempt to make it up. it was very disappointing. Next day we decided not to bother with Breakfast, we bought some milk and cereal so we were prepared. I went out to get coffee just after 9.30am and surprisingly they had a great selection of items available and it stayed open till after 10am.

Great experience! Rooms are really clean. The people at the desk make you feel welcomed at the hotel . The stayed with my family (3 kids) and even they loved the stay here. TownePlace is now my new go to stay at !!

When we first arrive, our room number was 223. As my kids went in to take a shower they notice the ceiling was all black and moldy. After I went in and take a look, I went down front desk to show them the picture and asked to be move to another room. Replacement room was nice and clean.

The proximity to Sea World was great literally five minutes away. I booked this property because they had free breakfast offered and with small kids I figured this would be easier than having to go out but the breakfast was limited. They had a juice machine that was out of order which left only cartons of milks for my kids to drink and the milk was frozen solid. Also the pastry options weren't very good.
