The stay was great until the last night we were there. At 11pm or so, some crazy drunk ladies were just hanging around in the hallway, next to our room and were being very loud and obnoxious. We had to call the lobby and only after having security involved, they finally went to their room. This went on all the way til about 230 in the morning. Also the matress on the sofa bed was extremely thin. We had to use the couch cusions to try and make a makeshift mattress. Other than that, the stay was very nice. The staff was friendly, the lobby host were very resourceful. The free breakfast was a plus. With a big family, free breakfast saved us a little to spend on outdoor activities.

I is a little cumbersome to get to, but there are a bunch of stores on a 5 min drive, very quiet place, close to the children hospitals. Very kind staff.

I’m gonna start with something positive, when I arrived (2 adults 3 small children) the staff was very friendly and took time to talk to my kids and be very friendly with them. But the room wasn’t very clean. There was some trash and hygiene products left behind and hair in the shower on the wall and I got a bathtub when we requested a shower. The tub was dirty as well. Not very satisfied and wasn’t worth almost $200. Won’t stay again.

Love this hotel i just would’ve had want to know in advance the pool was out of order. But they let us take the kids to lifetime pool facilities and they love it. Thank u

Absolutely incredible hotel. We had our three kids and the staff treated us with such hospitality and kindness. Cannot say enough about the cleanliness and the staff culture. Outstanding!! (My first hotel review!)

What I liked about the property is it has a lot of space for large families, however the double rooms are not queen beds they full size beds. Also, the closet was falling off the wall. Maintenance came in the room twice to fix it. It stayed in the wall a few hours and fell down again. We stayed 3 nights and the room was “cleaned” once.

This was perfect for a nights stay with my family. Room spacious for all of us. Very clean rooms and property. Nice breakfast options in the morning. Conveniently located to interstate for us to head to downtown San Antonio. Would stay again and recommend!
