We previously stayed at this hotel because it is conveniently located to family. It is clearly an older property and it appears the maintenance and upkeep is going downhill. Our window overlooked the back of the property which is littered and unkept. Our window shade was broken and significantly stained. Lastly, the fabric of the arm chair was slashed. The staff were pleasant and the bed was comfy; however, I feel it is over priced.

Me and the family booked 1 night. Upon arrival I had misplaced my wallet. The guest rep denied my check in even though I verified everything he asked for. He insisted on seeing my ID. Luckily, I was able to check in after searching the car again. But I booked 2 queen beds, and they gave said it was 1 king bed. Why would I book 1 bed for 4 people? He said that's the only room they have left as all of a sudden they are sold out. Hardly anybody in that hotel. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Will never be back here.

I traveled with my 4 yr old and 7 yr old daughters...loved the indoor pool...Staff was great and the rooms are clean and spacious. Great option for families, tranquil and safe feeling.
