We stay here for our family reunion each year. It’s always a pleasant stay, had dirty pool last time. This visit the hot tub was broken but we enjoyed the clean pool

First night asked for an extra blanket and she would not give me one plus we had a family medical emergency and we had to send two people back home and we called the front desk to cancel and she would not do that for us. I was also trying to change flights and I just needed her help and all she kept saying was sorry I can’t do anything for you. Will never use this hotel again.

My children and I really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was ok. My only complaint is I stayed on the second floor and on my second and final morning there, the cleaning lady entered my room twice without knocking, just because she saw the kids leaving the room with luggage to load the car. This was between 9:00-10:00 a.m. there shouldn't have been any reason she entered a room before noon, which is checkout time.
