Check in took a little while even though I was the only one checking in. There was only 1 wash cloth and 2 towels for a family of 3. One bed did not have a mattress cover on it only a sheet and comforter. The overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was awful.

I was there for A&M graduation. The girls at the desk were very kind. However, the manager, PORTER not so much. We encountered a problem with one of our family members coming in late and they did not call to let the hotel know they were running late. Of course their room was given to someone else. These were the graduates' grandparents who had no idea they had to call in. This left them without a room. They were devastated. The manager did not handle this situation well at all. Whether it was policy (which I never found on the website) or not, he could have kindly offered suggestions. But all he did was say, there were no rooms anywhere and that was that. We made it work out for ourselves by sharing rooms...BUT MR.PORTER was/is NOT management material.

It was a cheap and convenient place to stay while setting up my kid at school. Breakfast set up was pretty bad. Fitness room consisted of two out of order treadmills with ripped belts. And the outdoor pool was unclean with only a couple of old chairs that should be in the garbage. So I slept and showered only.

The hotel had a power outage on our 2 night. We looked for front desk employee to find out what was happening and we did not find any front desk help at all. Power was restore at about 2:06 to be exact. The room got stuffy. I over heard a kid saying that the person working the front desk that night was with his mom at home.

Terrible ran hotel , manager and staff lied to me and my family, placed people in rooms that was already taken . Rooms were not all cleaned.

Gave my room away…. High school kids checked in. Was given a suite… very nice. Jacuzzi room. Heater/ ac didn’t work. Was stuffy. Kids were extremely noisy all night and running around up and downstairs. But I don’t think these were the high schoolers. Rather, parents who just don’t care…. But neither did the staff. Several had complained…, nothing done. So… I just don’t recommend this one. If it was excitement of a game … the noise of spirit is different. This was just uncontrollable annoying kids. The sweet lady at breakfast was an addition of kindness.

The best part of our stay was Cierra! When we walked in the door it was like family greeting us! The place was beautiful and the rooms were excellent. We will definitely be back!

I called to cxl & requested a refund due to an emergency, but no one honored my request. My daughter had gotten beat up & her 2 wk old son, my grandson, had been kidnapped. Therefore, I left to go back to Dallas! This was definitely more important than me staying in College Station!

Very nice breakfast and staff, also staff came in on her day off when someone called in on a game day and she just took it in stride, kids and all. So sweet and helpful!
