Blood on both beds , I had to clean pool for my kids , there was chew spit on the floor and I’m a cup beside the bed , it was disgusting, I never leave reviews but this was just unacceptable

For the price the stay was great. The Breakfast was filling and good for the whole family. Staff at front desk was helpful.

Staff was fine. Rooms are very small and beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent and kids enjoyed. Probably not a hotel to take a family of four to.

Everything was pretty good except check in. We did arrive early (at 2:20) and were told check in wouldn’t be until exactly 3:00 because housekeeping was behind. We choose to wait in the lobby with our bags because we needed to get into our rooms as soon as possible to get ready for a wedding. Around 2:45 they said one of our 2 rooms was ready and checked us in. But when we went up there it was not ready as housekeeping was still in that hallway working in all the rooms. We went back down and the staff was gracious enough to offer us the Meeting Room to start getting changed so we wouldn’t be late to out event. At 3:00 I went to check the room again and I think ot was cleaned but the keycard wouldn’t open the door. Went back down and was told that wouldn’t be our room after all. Was given new rooms keys and was finally able to get into our room around 3:10. The other couple in our party still didn’t have there room until we were heading out the door at 3:30. There were at least 4 other families that were also in the same situation waiting for rooms.
I don’t know if this is a regular issue for them or not, maybe it was just this particular day, but it was kind of disappointing.
Breakfast was OK but nothing special. But at least they did have some hot things like sausage and biscuits and waffles. Better than nothing.
Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

I had 5 min to book a hotel and I picked this one. I am so happy I did, the room was very clean, beds were soft and the AC was cold!!! I was so happy to see they use dove products because thats all my family uses. The breakfast was great, we loved that there was a hot breakfast as well as quick grab and go and cold stuff. Overall, I will definitely be staying here again. When my kids and husband love the stay, I think it's an overall win for me. Oh wait forgot about the staff, they were soooo nice and extremely caring. I was there for the passing of a loved one and they had hearts of gold and full of kind words.

Overall, my stay was great. The room was more than I expected and was perfect for my family’s needs. One of the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel.
One issue that must be addressed is the morning front desk employee. We came to the breakfast area just after 9:00 and found it empty. I went to the counter to ask if breakfast was going to be restocked. The clerk, who was sitting in a chair next to the vending machine, NOT behind the counter, said that no, it wouldn’t be, since it was “almost 10:00”.
I showed her that it was 9:15 and she insisted that it wasn’t going to be.
I remained in the breakfast area until 10:15 and observed the clerk taking her ease in the chair next to the vending machine instead of working behind the counter. Several guests checked out during this time, and she still didn’t move. Additionally, I observed other staff members restocking items in the breakfast area.
I’m sure that whatever she was doing on her personal phone was very important.
I hate that her behavior is the lasting impression I have of my wonderful stay.
I just thought that you should be aware of how your staff interacts with your guests in case you were not.

Good for what we need, clean, staff friendly, close to the mall. The only thing was that was just one staff taking care of everything at the hotel, she was really good but I feel the manager needs to have a extra person. The pillow are not the best. I was with my two kids and they love it too!! Good place to rest after a long day!

The Hotel was modern, clean and overall very comfortable! The suite with the seperate room was wonderful for our families to be able to have their own space!

What started as an ok stay turned into a complete nightmare around 1230am. The hotel allowed underage kids to rent multiple rooms and as dumb as simple minded kids with no parental upbringing act. You can imagine how it was. Every door in the hotel was slammed REPEATEDLY F
from 1230am until 0530am. Between slams all you heard were animals running up and down the hallways and loud obnoxious talking. Being how the world has become and not wanting to be a part of a crowd beating, as many times I almost confronted them myself. But I had my 13yo son with me and didny want any altercations with the animal herd. So I continued to call the front desk and ask them to have these aninals removed. I called at least 5 times. The attendent stated all 5 times he would take care of it. NOPE!!!! NEVER DID ANYTHING AT ALL!!! Moving to the next morning I explained my frustration with having ZERO sleep the night before an important event and wanted the manager aware. They said there was nothing that could be done about the noise or any type of amendment to my bill. So I paid full price to stay up all night and didnt even receive a proper apology. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RAT HOLE!!!
