Best Western Plus College Station Inn & Suites

My family loves this hotel. This was our second time staying here. It is clean, smells great, and is in a great location. The breakfast buffet is very good and has many options. We especially loved the Texas shaped waffles! My only complaint is the bathroom floor was sticky. Other than that, our stay was great!

The hotel itself was great. Seems to be a newer hotel and everything seemed to be in great shape. Well except maybe for the slightly rattly elevator (which appeared new enough). The room was huge and very comfortable for just the two of us. The king bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was in great condition and worked well. It was also pretty quiet outside while we were there. The pool was a bit small such that if there were a few kids in it that was it ... no real room for anyone else. Also, the fact that it was in the front of the hotel to the side of the parking lot was not preferable especially for adults. That said it appeared to be clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was very nice although the food was average "good motel breakfast" - I've had better and I have had much worse. The girl manning the breakfast was the let-down in the whole experience. She was not pleasant but she was not rude. However, she was nowhere close to the same level of cheerfulness and hospitality as the rest of the staff, from the front desk to the maid service. She would benefit from some training in customer service. Maybe she was under some strain but that should not come through in her attitude. Despite that, I do recommend this hotel and would come here again if staying in College Station.

Our AC went out so we just needed a cool place to crash & it was just what we needed! Clean, comfortable and friendly staff! The breakfast attendant was super friendly-He heard my fussy kiddos and found some coloring stuff for them which was really awesome!

We were just passing through but this is a great hotel. So new and modern and clean. Totally changed my childhood impression of best western hotels.

We booked a hotel room as Hurricane Francine was scheduled to hit Houston. The family and I had recently been through Beryl. As Francine changed direction at the last moment I needed to cancel, but they refused to provide a full refund. Even though we called the hotel before check in. My wife spoke with the receptionist and they were completely unhelpful.

Great location for us & the staff are always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is great with tons of choices with top of the line products...Tazo teas, Keurig coffee choices, all types of juices & extras like salsa, cheese, cilantro for your scrambled or over easy eggs. We visit family many times during the year & have tried other properties but none compare to this one. Love the location with lots of eateries choices! Thanks to BW Plus.

Not worth staying at this hotel. No cleaning ness. Staff does not know how to guide the customers. No phone connection in the room that I stayed. I asked front desk, and their response is that we know that the phone does not work in few rooms. People smoke outside of their rooms. Not a good hotel for family. I won't stay again and i do not recommend.
