We stayed here while visiting Santa's Wonderland. The location is east to find and access. Every employee we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and roomy enough for our family of 4. Definitely recommended for a vacation

The room was okay but the sheets and pillows are horrible. Pillows were hard as a rock. Our night there, we had people staying above our room who sounded like they were having a wrestling match for over 3 hours. ( sounded like kids unattended ). Honestly my entire family was disappointed with our stay here.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was not supplied bar soap and when asked the hotel was completely out. Maid service never picked and replaced our dirty towels. Breakfast options were less than minimum. Overall, our stay was ok. The hotel was located very near family making our stay tolerable.
