We did not stay... there were no rooms available. After we had already paid for one. We had to cart a bunch of tired kids across town to find somewhere to stay.

The only thing we didn't like is ALL THE KIDS! KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN HALLWAYS.. Too many kids for us. We will seek another more quiet hotel in the future in this area.

The hotel was quiet but most of the guess were construction employees that were working in the area. I was with family and didn’t see tamiles but one other one.

Good service but the pool was so cold that my kids couldn’t swim and it was an Indian pool, Hot tub was working perfectly tough. The free breakfast was so limited and no flavor

Front desk overnight manager was very friendly and kind immediately upon our arrival. He made me feel welcomed and check in was fast and had no problems. Room was clean and did not smell ugly. Restroom was clean as well. Beds were very comfortable and clean also. What most made me want to return was the courtesy of the overnight desk manager. My family and I will happily return again to this hotel.

We had the most horrible experience here at this hotel. While we were in one of our rooms about to call it a night some woman with a key to our room walked right in. My 3 year old child was scared to death. Also the hotel was not that clean although the staff was quite nice.

My family and I stayed for 5 days. The breakfasts were great. The not so great was the carpet in the hallways and our room was stained., the elevator broke and all of my kids slipped and fell in the pool/ hot tub area. ( no they were not running) Our room key kept messing up and we kept having to get it redone. I also accidentally left my phone charger in the room and I called and talked to the front desk and head of housekeeping and I was told I would get a call back and no one ever did.

This property needs some maintenance... Sink in room didnt drain, stopper lever broken. Mounted hair dryer didnt work, know on closet missing, 1st floor button in elevator only worked after multiple and sideways pressure, and TV remote didnt work. All these things reported and they were aware of elevator problem. They did fix sink, and removed the mounted hair dryer, brought us an extra one. Front desk staff super nice and they tried to fix what could. Am not normally a complainer, but we paid an exorbitant amount (college family weekend) for the room, and was a nuisance.
