Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center

We picked this hotel as we had a kids event taking place here. We arrived late night, and were told they couldn’t accommodate the room type we booked due to other guests checking in early! After about 5-10 minutes of explaining them that it may not work for us, the front desk asked us to wait for a few minutes so they can get our room ready. Took them 15-20 minutes and finally we were in. Glad they were able to help. Room was clean and well kept. Hotel is located in a convenient location and hotel staff is very friendly. Has a good breakfast buffet. The adult buffet price was comparable to any other place, but for kids it was very very fairly priced considering how much kids eat :-). The cleaning staff did a good job throughout the stay. We didn’t get to use all the facilities in our 2 night stay, but our overall stay was good.

We had a wonderful stay. We were in town for a Volleyball Tournament and the location was perfect. The rooms are large and was easily accessible from the garage. It was perfect since I was traveling with 2 little kids. All of the employees were extremely nice. They even had live music in the restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings.

My children and I recently stayed at the hotel and I forgot my jewelry on the shelf in the bathroom. I realized I had left it later on in the afternoon and called the hotel. They said they could not look for it and I would have to file a report. I filed the report immediately and 2 days later received a generic reply that they would look for the jewelry and if not found in 14 days, the case would be closed. I have contacted the hotel twice and was told they would call me back but have not received a call. I am filing a police report so hopefully my jewelry will be returned.

It was a great experience for a hotel. The receptionist was the very best. She made sure I understood everything well and she also kept a nice smile. The room was very clean and comfortable. My family really enjoyed their stay.

Front desk staff upon check in was amazing! Spent most of the day at the pool and the whole family loved it. Will definitely be back

A great facility, family friendly and clean.

It was good, pool was great, bar was good and food good, breakfast was a nice buffet. Overall decent I will be back. We have family in the area and it’s a great location to hop around town. Waters Creek was great to have a hundred yards from the hotel. Nice shops and restaurants, great play area for the kids. No valet parking was the only inconvenience. Garage was close and accessible
