The lobby of this hotel is very nice and the staff at check-in was very pleasant, but the junior suite was a little outdated and had a slight smell when entering, like old, wet carpet. Febreze made it less noticeable. Mattress did not sleep well and balcony was just a view of the inner quad sitting area. Noise level was excellent. Very quiet, except for faint talking noise from occupants next door. Great location for shopping and eating and easy access to 75. Not many hotel choices in this area, so I'll probably stay here next time I come to visit family. Parking is available either on site or in the garage 50 feet away. Both have a fee.

We stay here every time we visit our family in Texas and are always pleased beyond our expectations. The staff is wonderful, the facility and our rooms are always very well kept and clean. In addition, we love the close proximity to great restaurants and shopping.

We booked this hotel room last minute while on vacation. We wanted to stay an extra night and shop the Allen Outlet Mall right across the street. My daughter ended up being very ill and spent the entire morning of check-out at a nearby urgent care. I called the front desk and they allowed by husband and son to stay in the room while I was tending to my daughter. We stayed 2 hours past check out and the cleaning staff were very understanding and compassionate. When my daughter and I arrived back at the hotel more than 1 staff member asked how she was feeling. The lobbies were gorgeous. Pool was pleasing and staff were beyond helpful. 5 stars from my family, and we will stay again to shop since we were unable to this trip!
