Hampton Inn & Suites-Dallas Allen

Stayed here to enjoy the indoor pool in case of bad weather or extreme heat in the area during my July visit to the grandkids. The pool water was cooler than the outdoor pools in the area, and that made it refreshing and enjoyable for everyone. Property was in the middle of a remodel but that did not hamper our visit at all. Very nice staff, decent breakfast & enjoyable stay.

We were in town for a baseball tournament so you never know what kind of employees you will be getting with a bunch of kids and adults all over the place. Every person working was friendly, helpful, understanding of kids being all over the place. They let the parents hang out in the lobby. Will definitely stay again!

Check in was easy. Breakfast was totally delicious. My kids ate more than usual. Great customer service from all the employees.

I booked two rooms for one night. One for my husband and myself and one for my in-laws. Check-in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was good for our stay in town to see other family.

Location and service were great, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable. They need to be upgraded to a more pillow top kind and not that outdated ones where you feel every spring in the mattress and bounces around. Other than the comfort, it was a great place to stay with the family.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet and located in a great location. We had no trouble checking in. Lady at checkin- We didn’t catch her name but she was very warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and fresh when we came in. We did notice a couple of sugar ants in the bathroom when we walked in but once we killed then off we didn’t notice any more. Another we did notice that I believe they should check on is the ice machine on level 2. It looked like it could use a cleaning. Other then that. We really did enjoy our stay and hope to book here again when we come back to visit family. Keep up the hard work hotel staff!

Well i stayed here at this hotel before. Had no problems. Yet i tried to spend time with local friends so our kids can swim and enjoy visiting with friends. I call ahead to make sure it was ok. Of course it was. But when we got checked in and everyone went to go swim it was 6:00 when we got in the pool. By 6:07 management comes to the pool and said someone broke the treadmills in the workout room. So they told us they had to close both areas workout room and pool. meanwhile before we leave the pool we clean up after 3 boys that left water bottles as well as towels in the pool area. They left towels outside on the patio as well. But we didn't enter that area. So i am sure they were there all night. I paid $180 for one night to use the pool that we got kicked out of. Very disappointed that it was a waist of money and time. I could have stayed with friends and saved we only wanted to spend time with our kids at the pool while visiting with friends. Meanwhile we had to spend more money to find something to do with our kids. Also thought it was great some disrespectful soccer kids decided to be rude and hateful to an 11 year old girl who only went to purchase a sprite from your little shop. Just think management should look at those kids rather than punish the other people staying. When checking out i told the front desk my concerns and haven't heard from anyone on this issue.
