Everything about this hotel is AWESOME including breakfast! My favorite go to when I’m visiting family in McKinney! The rate is unbeatable for what you get!

I have always enjoyed my stay when staying at a Hyatt. The concierge has always been helpful. The rooms are always clean. The beds always welcoming. This was a business trip and I had a family member with me who had never traveled, EVER, before. This was their first road trip. It's going to take a lot to top this experience for them.

A grandmother in her seventies, nine year old child, college student, and parents awakened at 3:07 a.m. on first night with screaming and moaning in room next door. Next night, had to run heater for 30 minutes then ac for 30 minutes to partially muffle the noisy music and yes more moaning from Tickle Me Elmo and Screamin Mimi in next room from 3:30- 5:00 am. Having stayed in this hotel before and others in area three or four times a year, I would never recommend this hotel.

We were told at check in that the pool wasn’t swimmable, but to check on it the next day. Well… I had my grand children with me and they heard the reply. The next morning we checked it out and it was in no condition to be used as there was no water and it was in poor condition. I wish that we had a honest answer… Other than that we had a very good time.

Room was really big and nice. The bed was extremely comfy. There was a large family with a lot of teens yelling at each other in the hall, but as soon as we were in the room and the door closed, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here again!

In town for a family wedding and holiday celebration. Check-in was easy and the rooms were all wonderful. The location was very convenient. It’s our new favorite hotel when we come back to visit family.

Excellent property, including a small nice pool. Great breakfast. Only one small complaint… can the breakfast timings be extended? 9 AM is too early if you have kids, and especially when you’re on vacation. Had to be rushed every morning.

We stayed here for 2 nights, this is a good place for a family to stay, everything here was good. Staff forgot to clean our room though we requested for it and it was disappointing for us to be in uncleaned room with an infant, that is why giving it 4 otherwise it's a 5 star experience
