Hyatt Place Austin Airport

Great place to stay if you are flying out of Austin. My family enjoyed the breakfast, clean room, and the accessibility to the airport. We had a late afternoon flight, and spent time in the small but decent pool and watched tv in the lounge after checkout. The airport shuttle driver was accommodating and friendly as well.

Cancelled flight. Hotel made our family comfortable and shuttled us to and from the airport in time.

It was a really great and wonderful experience. The service was great. Although they closed up breakfast alil early n had limited things when we did make it down 30-45 mins before shut down. But other than that it was good. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends when visiting Austin. And since we travel for concerts at the Amphitheater always we will be returning. We took our littles one 13 & 9 and they loved it 😊

The shuttle was very efficient (which in 90-100 degree weather is huge). The room was very nice and comfortable and the beds were soft. I was able to sleep, no extraneous noises kept me awake. I am a light sleeper, so that is so important to me. My family of 5 stayed in a suite with 2 beds and a pullout couch and we didn’t feel overcrowded. The bathroom area was spacious and the water pressure was decent for a hotel. The kids enjoyed the fitness center. The pool area was nice, the pool was on the small side though. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed it. My kids are picky and we all found something to eat to our fill. My only disappointment was they didn’t have the housekeeping staff to accommodate a late check out. We were on a overnight layover that had gotten in at 2300 and our next flight wasn’t til 1700. I had hoped to enjoy our room for a few more hours before leaving Austin!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Austin Airport. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Arthur and Karla were especially helpful and kind! I would stay here again.
