Very comfortable and practical for our family! Will definitely look for this hotel when staying away from home, great experience. :)

When I checked in, I gave my last name and the clerk could not find it because she was looking for first/last name, asked for confirmation number, when I gave it to her she asked to look at my phone. After a moment she realized that it was my last name and not first/last and was ok with my identity. I got to the room and my 5 year old grand-daughter immediately ran in and found a wrapped butterscotch candy on the floor and luckily gave it to me (rather than eating it). The pillow on the sofa is coming apart at the seams. After the pool we went to take baths (having asked at check in to be sure we had a tub) and found we had no plug. A call to the desk brought a clerk to our room and upon checking to see what kind of tub we had announced that we had lost the plug...we again repeated that there never was a plug so she went off in search of a plug while we "McGuivered" a plug from an upside down water bottle. My grand-daughter had a bath, the rest of us did not :( Breakfast was good, TV had great selections for the whole family and we loved the pool. Staff was friendly.
