Loved our stay here. Anytime I come back to Austin I will definitely be returning back. Room stayed cold. Felt safe here with my family.

I recommend this hotel whether you’re traveling for business or for family vacation. The staff were super friendly and cordial; make you feel special. The room was quite spacious and extremely clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable and pillows were excellent!

This hotel is beautiful decorated, very clean and welcoming! The staff was delightfully refreshing! We stayed with our two well behaved fur babies, they were so welcoming of us all. Our Thanksgiving visit to our family was even better with such a lovely place to stay. We will return this Christmas.

All staff were very friendly, well groomed, polite, attentive. It was the staff on Tuesday late afternoon and the early morning desk on Weds. If the Sheraton and Hilton Tru got together the baby would look like Cambria. It will be interesting to see how well this hotel ages. All in all very convenient for airport. There are two gas stations on both sides of the freeway..easy access.

Pros: clean, nice amenities (kcups and free water). Modern decor. Friendly shuttle drivers. Con: the worst customer service I experienced in my life. Booked the hotel for the 24-hour airport shuttle coz arriving at 1 am and have an early flight with kids (and didn’t have a car seat to use Uber/Lyft). Before booking & prepaying, someone over the phone confirmed that the shuttle is 24-7. But, when we checked in, the night deskman said that it is “hotel policy” that shuttles running before 630 am are only for airline crew and that we’re on our own returning to the airport for our early flight. When I asked for an explanation as to why this policy wasn’t mentioned when I called or why it isn’t in the public websites, he said that I need to “calm down” or he’ll refuse service, cancel my prepaid reservation and leave me and my kids out on the street at 1 am with no room to stay. If this is the hotel policy that only airline crew can use a shuttle before 630 am then that needs to be clearly stated in the public websites and in the emails. But to threaten to have me and my kids out in the street at 1 am in an unfamiliar city because I questioned such policy (that I’ve never ever heard of) was the rudest, heartless, most condescending gaslighting I ever encountered from any customer service. Next day, I was going to beg the shuttle driver (or airline crew) to take us despite this “hotel policy” There were empty seats, no airline crew & a friendly driver who didn’t question us.
