Hilton Austin Airport

My stay at the hotel was great at first. I was treat very respectfully and was welcomed. The issue I ran into was I kept getting double charged and was misinformed about the parking costs. I spent more on parking to the point where I wasn’t able to purchase all the items for the concert I had on Sunday. I also had asked several time for towels, shampoo and conditioner since our restroom wasn’t fully stocked. Our cards weren’t always working to enter our room and eventually the frustration became too much and we checked out earlier to head back home early. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t the best and I would recommend my family and friends to not book at Hilton. I’m sad to see the decline in the service and the overall experience that I was provided along with my sister.

People were nice hotel was clean. The bar was almost not stocked and one bite in the restaurant was more than enough. Worst food in any hotel I have stayed in. Not a kidding. So bad!

Burn and cold burguer. Do not plan to eat there. Had yo call 3 times front desk at 11pm/1am/3am to send someone to quiet my neighbors that were partying next door and I had to get up at 5am to prepare an important meeting. Bad experience and for the price, worst. I felt in a 1 star family hotel.
