Called in to reserve the baby crib. Once got there, there was no crib set up. Went and ask front desk, she said she couldn’t find any, and that’s she is the only one taking care and couldn’t bother to ask to try to get us the crib. And she’s done nothing to accommodate us about it. Very disappointed paid over $300 a night and didn’t even get what we’d asked for.
