Room and service were good. No quiet hours allowed kids to yell and run around the lobby after midnight. Our room was down the hall and made it hard to let our kids sleep.

I loved the interaction from check-in when I arrived. They were super nice, superb customer service and accommodating, very helpful. The breakfast was very nicely organized with great options. I also appreciated the central area with the water, ice, coffee/tea station, microwave and available snack/beverage area behind the check-in desk. The rooms were beautiful. I slept like a baby. I especially loved the body and hand soaps, gels, and lotions. I will definitely be looking for a Tru when I am traveling.

This hotel is great for our needs. My wife and I live in Albuquerque, NM but we are from Dallas, TX and go back and forth frequently to visit family. We always stop in Amarillo to break up the drive, and have a dog and cat that we travel with. We’ve stayed in a number of Airbnbs and other hotels in Amarillo, but this one has do far been the best match for our needs. The hotel is on the west side of town in a “hotel district” that includes several small hotels. It’s right off I-40 and near a few restaurants that deliver.
The rooms are clean and tidy. They’re pretty bare-bones, but just fine for one-night stops. Where this hotel really shines is in the amenities. The lobby has a small “convenience store” with snacks and necessities (including beer and wine), as well as free coffee. Clearly oriented toward business travelers, there is seating with outlets across the lobby as well as a pool table. There is a gym that I haven’t used, but it looks nice. They also have free breakfast in the mornings that includes a pancake machine, eggs/bacon, cereal, oatmeal, toast, etc.
The staff we’ve talked to have all been nice and helpful. It seems a bit silly to have such strong opinions about a hotel, but at least for our needs this one shines.

Staff was excellent and the room seemed clean enough. We were very out off by the fact that they only have conjoining rooms. There’s something that detracts from the general level of safety when your kids are only a small deadbolt away from strangers. We expected more from a Hilton. Otherwise the facilities were clean, the breakfast was pretty good, and we have no real issues with our stay.

A modern/youthful version of todays hotel. No fancy carpet etc. Just a fun great hotel especially for families with kiddos.

My vehicle was vandalized while parked directly in front of the hotel, the water in the shower is warm not hot by any means. The room itself looks like a child's bedroom and the sheets were scratchy, not soft. The least bothersome issue was the view out the window of a huge pit with construction.

Spent the weekend with visiting my family in Amarillo. The only problem with this hotel is cheap toilet paper. The staff is wonderful, room is clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast was hot, everything was GREAT! I travel monthly and this is a wonderful little hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Put families with kids on lower floors. We were kept awake until about 1 am because of kids jumping off the bed or something.
