I love staying at this hotel because the people are genuine they care about me and they know me by my first name. I’ve been staying because a lot of personal family stuff and I need a quiet place to stay to recover from the stress that I’m going through. Susan is an amazing person who goes out of her way to make sure that every person that stays at My Place Hotel has been taken care of and enjoyed their stay. She’s the number one reason I keep coming back.

After driving 7 hours with wife and 5 kids. We get to the hotel at 4 am just to find out The hotel had over booked. Leaving my family without a place to stay for the night.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay while visiting family. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay another night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal. It was perfect for what we needed and the location was convenient to not only my family but also to food and shopping.

My family and I started traveling at least once a year to Houston and always stop and stay the night in Amarillo. This is by far the best place we have stayed at. It was great! Can’t wait to come back again.

We booked it last minute through hotels.com to break our long drive back home. We did not realize they had a kitchenette. Great customer service ! Very clean, comfortable bed/pillows. They don't have any utensils, if you are planning to cook, bring your own. They have store where you can get some stuff. Wi-fi worked fine. Coffee was good! There was a internet lounge where we saw kids playing in computers. We stayed for a night and did not use other amenities.

This Hotel was perfect for us and our fur baby. The staff were great… extremely helpful and informative! The room was extremely clean and comfortable… plenty of space with a full size refrigerator, microwave and even a small stove… along with a 2 chair/table dinette set AND an oversized comfortable recliner. It’s location was great with MANY fine restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and now understand their name because it was like having a studio apartment… thus making it “My Place”!

Very noisy overhead, it sounded like kids jumping off the bed and then running around until the next jump. I eventually reported it to the front desk, because it was getting worse, not better! The manager said she would take care of it, and she did! I think the problem was bad guests, not a bad hotel problem!
