The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the kids like the variety of food offered.

Worst over night stay I’ve ever had. Around 3am a mouse crawled up my arm while my kids and I were sleeping. I will never stay here again.

Very nice big room! Had 3 grandkids and was anxious to use the indoor pool, however it was closed the only day we stayed! They did send us to a neighboring hotel with indoor pool they could enjoy. Over all great place to stay with family.

Tv controller would only turn on tv and volume and nothing else. informed front desk and they sent a kid up that didnt know what he was doing. After 10 min he said he didn't know what the problem was and left it at that. Driveway and parking lot was full of pot holes where the concrete had washed away. Air conditioner was very loud every 10 min all night long when it cycled on. enough to wake someone up most of the night. On second floor and could still hear talking out side in parking lot till at least midnight,

We loved this hotel so much we are actually staying here again tonight and will when coming back through in a few days! Thank y’all for also excepting out 2 little Yorkies! They travel with us everywhere and we met another lady with a yorkie as well while on this trip! The breakfast was so wonderful and again, this establishment is CLEAN, the people here treat you like family and you feel very safe!!! Highly recommend!

Swimming pool was Out of service, and Expedia did not have that listed. On check in, the tv would not come in but the night clerk moved us to another room. Rooms were good and staff nice only complaint was we were there for 4 nights with grandkids and really expected the pool to be open.

Customer service was not that great, the lady at the front seemed very rushed when checking us in. The room was terribly hot and we could not get it adjusted. The towels had a bad smell to them almost as if they hadn't been washed or they had been left wet. My kids did love the pool but that was the only thing we enjoyed about the stay.
