Repaving created difficulties In getting to the property. A nonEV car was in the EV spaces, which nothing was done about. Told the child at the front desk with plate numbers to no action

The stay would’ve been great if there was not unattended children running throughout the halls playing in the elevators and slamming doors past midnight

Was in town for a death in family. Staff was very kind and did their best to accommodate all family members staying there. Room very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately our visit was due to passing of a family member. Hospital staff was awesome and as accommodating as possible. Their friendliness and compassion has been greatly appreciated.

This chain is ok for an overnight motel. This is for family travel with kids and pets. When we travel we prefer a quiet and little more upscale hotel type atmosphere. This was our first stay at Home2.

Always like a room that has a decent sized fridge and the “studio” area. The room had been sprayed with a fragrance which lingered forever so if you are a person who is sensitive to those it may bother you. There were not enough toiletries(one tiny bottle of conditioner and one makeup remover etc)) for the amount of people booked per room (2 adults and 1 teenager in each room plus a youth). There soap dispensers in the shower said “shower” and the other “shampoo”. The covers are flimsy and fall off easily but both were filled with a shower gel. There is a pocket door on the bathroom that makes a ratcheting sound as you open and close it. The shower door track was moldy as well as the grout around the floor of the shower. Our neighbor above had a toddler that ran the length of the room and it was loud putter patters until about 10:30 at night. Breakfast was good. They have servers that fill your cereal, biscuits and gravy, egg choices and even make the waffles so you don’t make a mess.
