Quick one night stay on our road-trip. Check in was easy and everything was in good condition. The pool was great for the kids.

The hotel is near restaurants and the expressway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast each morning. It was good, but no bacon, and the pancake maker wasn't working. We did swim. The arm of the guitar is 1 foot deep and the rest is 3-5 feet. So the little kids loved the arm and adults who wanted to just get their feet wet or sit in the water and talk.

I loved the fact that the parking lot is gated and only accessible with a room key. Tori and another woman who we believe might have been one of the managers (we unfortunately never asked her name)at the front desk absolutely made us feel like family. Lots of laughs had. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were updated. Thank you so much for a great stay!

When we walked through the door Miss Connie greeted us like returning family. She is always bright, cheerful, and helpful! Every staff member speaks and is helpful, always. The grounds around the building are immaculate! We saw staff out frequently picking up and straightening anything that was in need. They have a great breakfast with ample variety, and guess what - cheerful, helpful staff! Every time we travel to Memphis we choose this Holiday Inn Express because of how well we are treated and how well the property is maintained. We have choices and we always choose this property. Kudos to the owners & staff for your genuine care of your customers!

My family and I came to Memphis for the Liberty Bowl. I booked our reservation app 3 wks in advance, called 48 hrs before arriving, and also spoke with someone 3 hrs before arriving. Even after all these efforts we got there to be told they didn’t have a room for us!! There was no explanation and in the end we ended up being charged full price for a room that was out of service. The room had no AC/Heat, no TV, and was not cleaned. We were even given a mattress pad as a blanket! There was no regard given to us or the situation! Poor way to visit Memphis for the first time! Luckily hotels.com was able to arrange a refund of half of the cost.

The overall stay was good. Only complaint was the room was not cleaned well, as my kids found pretzels under the chair in the room, and the 2nd floor was warm and moist. We ran the bathroom fan the entire time but it didn't help. The AC at least worked good to cool the room, but u could tell a huge difference in the moisture levels as soon as you got off the elevator.

My family had a wonderful time at the Guest House@Graceland. The best part was riding the singing tram bus over to Graceland. The property is beautiful and everyone was very welcoming. We had everything we needed. 😁🔥❤️
