Really nice hotel! Pros: Free Elvis movie nightly in a huge movie theater. After they give you PB&J sandwiches. Cute, but not worth the long line for them if you ask me. Rooms are not huge, but not super small but bathroom has higher end fixtures and shower door. Parking is controlled and you can if you want, walk to Graceland but they have shuttles. Staff super helpful and gracious and there is always someone there to help you. Cons: the toilet in our room sounded like a jackhammer every time we flushed. (really loud!), refrigerator was small for a family of 4, and with how nice they made the bathroom, I found it strange to cheap out on the toilet seat and not make it a soft close. For those who like Whole Foods it's only 17 min away which is nice

I travel all over the world for business and personal reasons. This by far was an excellent experience from beginning to end . I am going to highly recommend and encourage my client’s colleagues, family, friends, to stay at this one of kind hotel. The staff was very professional and courteous . The restaurants were absolute amazing.

I stayed here one night with family. Had great experience here. Not really a gripe about the hotel itself, but Food options in restaurants was not that great & food didn't taste good for the price. I avoid hotel restaurants where I can. But didn't have much choice as it was a short visit and we were short on time.

My family and I had the best time, wonderful food at the restaurants in the hotel, we ate at them all including the coffee shop which is similar to a Starbucks with unique drinks as well all Elvis themed items was fun. Also watching Elvis movies in their theatre nightly was a wonderful bonus!! Only draw back was one of the restaurants closes earlier, other than that 5 stars!! Can’t wait to return!!

The activities for visitors. Outside grounds, porches and games. Unusual family atmosphere for a hotel.

It being next to Graceland is the best thing, you can walk to graceland if you want, probably faster than waiting on the shuttle. If you like Elvis its really nice, theatre plays nightly Elvis movie, couple restaurants inside, gift shop amd stairway for pictures. Also has a nice lounge bar. The outdoor area is very nice with pool area, family friendly. The most comfortable bed I slept in on this trip. Downside is the room was a little dirty with chocolate cake or brownie still on floor when we checked in but I can deal with that, hallway carpet looked rough to be a newer place and my key card wouldn't work so I had to go back and replace and it can be a long walk dependi g on room location. But overall I would recommend especially for Elvis fans!

This hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated and a nice property to stay in. It is conveniently located near Graceland. That’s where the positives end. At checkin it was obvious only one person at the desk knew how to answer questions and the staff was overall clueless. After a long day of walking, my family decided to order room service. I dialed the number the card said and was routed to no less than 5 different people before being disconnected. The next call resulted in another round about of each person transferring me until I was again disconnected. Upon the third time calling, I was finally connected with someone to order. They said it would be 20-25 minutes. About 30 minutes later my husband answered the door and signed for our food. After he looked in the bag, we knew it wasn’t our order. I called back and again had to do the round and round to find someone to fix the issue. Finally I found someone to talk to and she assured me it would be fixed. Another 15-20 minutes later they finally brought our correct order. The breakfast experience wasn’t much better. There were several servers to come by the table but no one seemed to know what they were doing. There were plenty of workers just walking all over each other and nothing getting done efficiently. We only had 3 silverware sets and asked for a fourth. We watched the server that was asked go stand in the corner and had to ask another one. Really need to get a better direction and game plan.

Extremely convenient and we'll run operation. Iv read quite a bit about the area surrounding Graceland and how unsavory it is, obviously it's not in the best area as far as aesthetics however, I never felt "unsafe." Those we interacted with both within the grounds and town were pleasent. I would return yet bring my own towels and wash clothes, housekeeping makes it clear they're not giving you extra anything, and sorry but 3 towels and washcloths aren't enough for a family of 4.
