Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation due to the fact that the pool was not opened. Having a pool was a main factor in reserving this hotel as we had children on trip. No pool was NOT fault of hotel but lack of inspectors. Hotel staff was gracious enough to cancel with no fees/penalties. Would be willing to book again if ever in area.

There were roaches in the room. We saw 1 in the window and other just over the TV. The people coming in and out were very seachy, this property is not kid friendly in my opinion.

The hotel is clean, and the staff was very friendly. Upon checking out, I plan to inform them that our room was accessible without the key card. When we arrived, it seemed to function properly. However, when we returned from our outing, we realized you could simply open the door. Fortunately, it did not appear anyone came in. I also think it’s worth mentioning that there were a lot of families staying the same weekend, and it was very quiet. I would stay here again.
