Let me say that I'm grateful the front staff sought to take care of our issues as soon as they could. They weren't rude at all. But wow. My first room had a toilet that didn't work and wouldn't flush the first night. So we couldn't use the restroom through the night. Then when they moved us, we had a room that wasn't really clean. My wife found a condom wrapper on the floor near the bed. So, when we told the front desk clerk we had to walk with her to prove we didn't do it. They couldn't move us again because they already upgraded us. They had the people to clean again. Geesh. I can't show images because they are not family friendly. Sorry.

The Westin did not disappoint. From the moment we walked-in until we left, the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is wonderful, if you want to be on Beale St. or going to an event at FEDEX FORUM! My family will stay with The Westin Memphis again!

The Westin Hotel, Memphis, was by far the lowest grade property we ever stayed at. My husband joked that the toilet was so short in height it felt like he was stooping over a kids potty chair. Please upgrade this property to its true fine reputation.

Came to take the kids to a Grizzlies game. As far as location it was EXCELLENT, literally steps away from the arena and Beale St. The common areas in the Hotel were very nice however, the rooms though clean could have been cleaner and needed updates and a little bit of repair. Those issues were not so bad that you wouldn’t stay just could be better. As for the staff, well they were awesome. Very nice, very accommodating, and gave good food choice advice. The staff was A+. Overall a good stay.
