A great place to take your kids and just relax and have fun! There are plenty of dining options around and the kids never get bored. They have a schedule of events including stuffing your own animal, putt putt, movies on the lawn, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools and splash pads, grills, fire pits, and more!

As soon as we get there the ladies at the desk were so nice and friendly. We went to the room unpacked and went to the pool, out for dinner and back. While getting ready for bed. I pulled bedspread down to reveal some questionable spots on the bed.... called and asked for a new blanket. Its 8:30, with 2 small children. It was after 10 before we got a blanket and were able to get in the bed. But besides that everything else and everyone working there was amazing!

Nice rooms and the property has many activities for children and families with children such as a water park with indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor movie theater and more. They do not a bar or restaurants as families with kids are their target market. I found the bed very firm and and for a bed topper and it was brought to me in 5 minutes through a text message they immediately sent me upon arrival to use to contact guest services my entire stay. The room was clean and had all I would need to cook and the AC got very cold. Warning that the hot water for a shower is insanely hot to the point it would cause scalding if not checked.

The people were very friendly and accommodating. Condition was average. In a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst, I’d say a 6. They advertise multiple amenities that aren’t the best of quality. The putt putt course is unplayable. The movie in the lawn stopped a lot and the mequitos were horrible. Not all arcade games or soda machines were operable. I’d suggest stocking up on snacks and drinks across the street at WalMart. The build a buddy and pillow making wasn’t really worth the money it cost, but it made the kids happy. Very low budget version of build a bear and a pillow. More of an arts and crafts project. But the pool and playground was clean and in great shape. Very shape and always had a well trained lifegaurd on staff that was very attention oriented. I’d for sure go back with our family, but I’d plan to do more off of the resort than on the resort.

Clean 2 bedroom 2 bath “room” with a full kitchen, fresh towels brought daily, bracelet room keys, tons of activities for the little ones, excellent outdoor pool area and playground. We loved our stay!

Property was very well maintained. Love the decor. The ladies at the front desk was very nice and very helpful. Always had a smile and always said hello when they saw us. Even the staff in other areas always spoke. Love the accomodations. Just like home, and a wonderful water park. They offered so much for families to do. Most definitely coming back soon

Room was very clean. Pool and play area were wonderful for family and small kids. Wifi and TV service were basically non existent. This was terrible for families with devices trying to connect wifi and families trying to relax by watching TV. Almost ruined an otherwise perfect stay.

A few hours after we checked out i realized we forgot my shampoo at hotel. I called the front desk to asked them if housekeeping had found my shampoo and they said no. They told me that if they did they were going to notify or bring it to the front office but it had being hours and they still haven't clean the room? Hmmm ... Then i asked the front desk lady if she could called housekeeping and verified if they had it but the lady said she was going to do that and call me back. It has been more than 48 hours and i still have not heard back from her. At this point is not about the shampoo is about trust. The staff at this resort is not trust worthy and that is a concerning factor for everyone that stays at this location especially because is a very expensive family oriented resort.
